In Kestrel class @FP, last half term we were learning all about Ancient Greece in History, Geography and DT. 

In DT lessons, children have had an opportunity to research, design, make and evaluate jewellery. First they researched influential jewellery designers throughout the years and designed a piece of jewellery from a chosen style before creating a prototype. After that children were able to make a step-by-step plan of stages, tools and equipment needed to follow a plan and create a product. At the end, they were able to evaluate product against success criteria, indicating what went well and what could be improved.
