YR6 Eagle Class News @FP
After SATs, the children in Eagle class @FP, could finally let their hair down and they enjoyed every minute being care-free. Both year 6 classes mixed together and played a variety of sporting games or just spent time outdoors talking or being on the swings and play equipment. The pack lunches were out of this world – I hate to think how much they will pack for our next day out on Friday 21st June.
We are learning life-skills in Eagle class. We will be looking at budgeting, all the various methods of payment, how to create a good credit score, savings and avoiding debt. The children have been fully engaged with all activities so far and are keen to ask questions ranging from, ‘Do you need to pay tax?’ to ‘How do you use cryptocurrency?’. I am sure all parents and carers will agree that these life lessons cannot begin too soon!
